At Emerald Psych LLC — a New Jersey–based telehealth psychiatric practice — precepting is an honor our practice takes seriously and holds close to its mission. Mentoring the next generation of leaders — across nursing, healthcare, business, public health, education, social work, and beyond — is one of the most meaningful ways we can contribute to the future of our communities.

Our deepest roots are in the nursing profession, and we admire giving back to the discipline that shaped this practice. At the same time, we recognize that strong leadership and meaningful change happens best when working collaboratively with other specialties. Graduate students from any field of study are welcome to explore preceptorship opportunities with Emerald Psych LLC, as each profession brings perspectives that strengthen the work that we do.

Now completing her MSN in Leadership in Health Care Systems, she brings a deep commitment to expanding access to compassionate, culturally inclusive care for underserved communities.

Strategic Growth & Population Engagement

A strategic initiative to expand access to mental health services for underserved populations — including Portuguese-speaking and LGBTQ+ communities — combining healthcare leadership with culturally competent outreach, digital marketing optimization, and patient engagement.

Emerald Psych LLC accepts a limited number of preceptees from accredited graduate programs. While our practice is most often a fit for MSN, DNP, and nursing leadership students, we also warmly welcome graduate students from other fields — including public health, healthcare administration, business, education, social work, and related disciplines.
