I believe that effective mental health care goes beyond just symptoms and diagnoses. It's about understanding you as a whole person—your mind, your body, and your life experiences. As a dually board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), I bring a unique and holistic perspective to my telehealth practice as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in New Jersey. I don't just see a set of symptoms; I see the deep connection between your mental and physical health.
My journey into this field was driven by a desire to create a space for mental wellness: one that is non-judgmental, collaborative, and built on a foundation of trust. My approach is client-centered, meaning your voice is the most important one in the room. We work together to create a personalized plan that may include medication management integrated with supportive psychotherapeutic techniques.
