Provision of Services & Accommodations

Emerald Psych, LLC takes reasonable steps to ensure effective communication and access to services. As required by law, we will:

  • Provide reasonable accommodations and take reasonable steps to arrange for qualified auxiliary aids and services (such as a qualified sign language interpreter) for individuals with disabilities to ensure effective communication.
  • Provide language assistance services for individuals whose primary language is not English. While services are offered in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, we will take reasonable steps to arrange for a qualified interpreter for other languages.
